Northwestern Energy has entered into a six year coal supply agreement for the Colstrip Power Plant from the Rosebud Mine which will go into effect Jan. 1st replacing a contract that ends at the end of this year. Northwestern Energy Public Relations Specialist Jo Dee Black.
