Public Service Commission Moves Forward With Potential Battery Storage Facility

The Public Service Commission has voted to consider NorthWestern Energy plans for the state’s first-ever battery storage facility. The utility will spend an estimated $145 million over the next 20 years as part of a plan to add 350 megawatts of energy capacity.
