Attorney General Knudsen’s Mandate Challenge Granted By U.S. District Judge

Magistrate Judge David D. Noce in the U. S. District Court Eastern District of Missouri granted Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen’s request late Monday for a preliminary injunction against President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal contractors. It covers Montana and 9 other states including Wyoming.
