Havre Businesses Struggling From Lack Of Canadian Tourism

It was announced Tuesday the Canadian border will open to non-commercial and fully vaccinated Americans August 9^th but it has yet to be decided if Canadians will be granted the same access back into the U.S., which means further economic struggles for towns along the Hi-Line. Havre’s Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Julea Robbins mentions some of the struggles resulting from the border’s closure.
