Al Smith head of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association says Senate Bill 65 would protect medical facilities because they would only need to say they took reasonable measures to defend against liability issues but he lays out what would happen if someone wanted to sue a business for being exposed to COVID-19 as the bill stands now.
