Governor Steve Bullock Says Don’t Expect Phase Three Reopening In Montana Soon

Governor Steve Bullock said Thursday expecting the state to fully reopen into Phase 3 anytime soon is unlikely considering almost half the states are seeing rising case numbers and some seeing a surge in hospitalizations but during a press conference he acknowledged people want to get out and urged safety first.
