Campaign finance reports for statewide candidates covering the period of March 16th to April 15th were due Monday. Republicans including Representative Greg Gianforte who is running for governor raised about $600,000 which includes $100,000 in donations and a personal loan of $500,000. Attorney General Tim Fox raised just over $36,000, all coming in the form of donations. Senator Al Olszewski reported raising just under $7,000. Gubernatorial candidates on The Democratic side include Whitney Williams raised just over $177,000 and Lt. Gov. Mike Cooney reported almost $63,000 raised in the period.
