Driver Charged in Failing to Stop for Bus in Whitefish

Patricia Berliner has been charged with one count of felony criminal endangerment.  She was reportedly driving a vehicle that hit 6 year old Jordana Hubble of Whitefish  Nov. 12^th just as she got off of a school bus on US Highway 93 North near mile marker 137. She is in Nexus Children’s Hospital in Houston and continues her recovery from injuries sustained in the incident.
