Record Unemployment Claims

Montana has experienced a record filing for unemployment claims. From March 30th through April 3rd the state paid out $7.9 million to 24,646 claimants. Yellowstone  County saw a 654% increase year over year and Gallatin County had an increase of  982%.

Missing Paradise Valley Teen Found

A body found several miles from Emigrant has been identified as Res Windham. The 15 year old went missing after going on a run Tuesday evening somewhere near the small Paradise Valley community. Park County deputies Park County Search and Rescue and over 150 community volunteers turned out to search for the boy.
