Board Of Education Sued Over Alleged Violation Of State Constitution

The Montana Federation of Public Employees Union and online news outlet The Daily Montanan have filed a suit against the Montana Board of Education over an alleged violation of the state constitution. Northern News Network’s Eric Young reports.
