A rally being put on by Concerned Veterans for America is set to take place Friday afternoon at 4:30 outside of the VA Clinic in Billings to bring attention to shortcomings with veteran services across Montana. Concerned Veterans of America Grassroots Coordinator and Engagement Coordinator Chris Enget says the rally is a response to the recently release Asset and Infrastructure Review from the VA.
