Today, the Biden Administration announced a January 4, 2022 deadline for all businesses that have at least 100 employees to require vaccinations or weekly negative COVID-19 tests for their employees. The mandate was developed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and will apply to tens of thousands of Montana employees. Details of the mandate include employers being required to offer paid time off for vaccination, but not required to pay for testing and that unvaccinated people must wear masks.
