Tuesday at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings which was administering its first Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to front line workers Governor Steve Bullock held a press conference. He was asked about the coronavirus case numbers that seem to be decreasing. He defended his mandate saying the people seem to agree.
