Crow Tribal Members Ask For More Protections For The Crazy Mountains Considered Cherished And Respected

The Custer Gallatin National Forest plan from the U.S. Forest Service followed the advice of the Crow Tribe and protected portions of the Crazy Mountains but the tribe and conservation groups want the agency to provide more safeguards for the range. Shane Doyle of the tribe says he and fellow Crow see the Crazies as a place to be cherished and respected.
