Governor Steve Bullock’s Lawsuit To Remove William Pendley As Acting BLM Director Coming To A Head

Judge Brian Morris gave Governor Steve Bullock until next week to submit a list of specific Bureau of Land Management actions taken by William Perry Pendley that he believes should be set aside in his lawsuit saying Pendley staying on as acting director is illegal.
