Yellowstone County Public Safety Officer Comments On What Would Cause Reversal of Governor Bullock’s Phase 1 re-opening plan

Thursday Dr. John Felton representing the United Health Command said Yellowstone County will follow Governor Steve Bullock’s phase-in approach to re-opening business but during a press conference he talked about what would necessitate reversal of the phased-in plan.
