Attorney General Tim Fox Suing Tobacco Companies Over 22 Year Old Money Owed To Montana

22 years ago tobacco companies signed a Master Settlement Agreement after Montana and every other state and territory sued them for many decades of deception about the health hazard of smoking. Now Attorney General Tim Fox is suing them for $43 million he says they still owe Montana.
