I cannot believe that the County Commissioners of Yellowstone County are charging the 4-H kids to enter their projects in the fair. Don’t you realize that fairs were started years ago with nothing but 4-5 clubs farms machinery and most things related to agriculture. Correct me if I am wrong. But it seems to me everything is all about the money. What is your response to this.
