Wednesday the U.S. Senate passed the Support For Suicide Prevention Coordinators Act. The legislation is an effort to help tackle veteran suicide. Democratic Senator Jon Tester of Montana the ranking member of the Senate veterans’ Affairs Committee co-sponsored the bill with Republican Senator Dan Sullivan of Alaska.
