Tester Calls on Senate to Pass Toxic Exposure Legislation

Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee Chairman Jon Tester is urging his colleagues to pass the PACT Act of 2022 which would provide healthcare benefits to toxic-exposed veterans. The bill cleared the Senate’s first procedural vote 86 to 12 with a final vote expected soon. Tester says they have an opportunity to make history that’s too close to fail.
