State Senator Looks Back At Constitution’s Impact On Conservation

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Montana Constitution, part of which recognizes the right to a clean and healthful environment. Montana lawmakers focused on conservation say the provision is an important foundation for protecting land water and air. State Senator Pat Flowers of Belgrade says this part of the constitution gets to Montanans’ appreciation for land and water.
