Representative Matt Rosendale was one of 3 U.S. House members to vote against a resolution supporting the people of Ukraine Wednesday. It passed 426 to 3. Rosendale offered no explanation for his opposition, but last week said the United States has no legal or moral obligation to come to the aid of either side in this. A similar measure was approved by the Senate unanimously last month. Rosendale was joined by fellow Republican Representatives Paul Gosar of Arizona and Kentucky’s Thomas Massie.
