Eight people who worked at a U.S. Minerals slag-processing plant in Anaconda which closed last June have sued the company saying it failed to protect them from toxic dust and exposed them to high levels of arsenic. The latest lawsuit follows fines probation and other conditions imposed last year after being convicted of negligent endangerment in federal court for arsenic exposure.
