A bipartisan majority of the U.S. Senate voted yesterday to oppose the OSHA (Occupational Health and Safety Administration) emergency temporary standard mandating coronavirus vaccines for private businesses with more than 100 employees. Montana Senator Jon Tester was one two Democratic votes to oppose the mandate and recently explained what led to this decision.
