Project Proposal Could Improve Public Trails In Lincoln

A proposal called The Lincoln Project calls for managing 200,000 acres of public lands surrounding the town northwest of Helena. Russ Ehness, President of the Great Falls Trail Bike Riders Association which is also part of the group of conservationists loggers motorized-vehicle users and others, says motorized vehicle users have been working over the past two decades to improve trails in the valley. He says there was plenty of give and take while developing the proposal.
