New Panel May Form To Reduce Wrongful Convictions In Montana

Montana ranks 2^nd in the nation in wrongful convictions according to the National Registry of Exonerations. President of the Montana State Council on Judicial Accountability Bart Crabtree is working to introduce legislation to create an innocence inquiry commission.
