More than half a dozen bills restricting productive rights have been introduced in the state legislature including a bill that would redefine personhood as beginning at conception effectively banning abortions. Laura Terrill with Planned Parenthood of Montana says many of these bills have been introduced in past sessions but the sheer volume this year is new. She says lawmakers have introduced bills restricting reproductive health car and sexual education in schools.
