House Bill 102 passed the House Thursday allowing Montanans to carry a concealed firearm without a permit anywhere they would normally be allowed to open carry including inside banks. With audio provided by the University of Montana Legislative News Service Joliet Representative Seth Berglee said having a firearm in a bank would not be a problem.
