As the legislative session convenes conservation groups plan to defend their priorities. Jake Brown political director with Montana Conservation Voters says their top priority is the Habitat for Montana program used to protect public lands. Brown says the voter-passed marijuana legalization bill lays it out for programs including Habitat Montana and he doesn’t want to see the legislature change that.
