A Montana complaint on behalf of three men claims the United States violated an 1855 treaty with the Blackfeet Nation by failing to protect them as young boys from serial pedophile Stanley Patrick Weber when he was a pediatrician for Indian Health services on the Reservation nearly 30 years ago and requests $3 million in damages for each plaintiff.
