Attorney General Tim Fox Issues Letter of Advice for Public Meeting

Attorney General Tim Fox has issued a letter of advice in response to a request for guidance on how government entities should conduct open meetings during the COVID-19 state of emergency. The guidelines include canceling non-essential meetings limiting public meetings to critical items only and if possible meeting by remote communications.
