The Trump Administration is proposing to conduct more reviews of people who receive Social Security disability benefits that could hit rural communities harder than others. Catherin Ipsen with the University of Montana Rural Institute For Inclusive Communities says fewer rural residents with disabilities have jobs than did before the Great Recession in 2008 and there can be other challenges to employment.
