Rural people living with disabilities could feel the biggest impact from the Trump Administration’s proposed review of Social Security disability benefits more often. Cahterine Ipsen with the University of Montana rural Institute For Inclusive Communities says anyone who wants to appeal if benefits are terminated has to visit a Social Security Administration office and in the case of a Northeastern Montana community like Scobey for instance that means driving 350 miles to Billings.
