Signature Gathering for Legalized Marijuana

New Approach Montana will kick off signatures drives in Montana’s major cities Saturday hoping to get 75,000 plus signatures needed to put two questions of legalization of marijuana to voters in this year’s general election. Initiative 190 would legalize regulate and tax marijuana while Constitutional Amendment 118 would set the age of consumption at 21. Petition signatures for statewide ballot  issues are due to election administrators June 19^th.
