Senator Jon Tester Comments On Medicare Change Before It Was Changed At Billings Clinic Receiving Recognition For His Efforts To Make It Happen

Oct. 1st Medicare started allowing reimbursements for time residents spend training at critical access hospitals incorporating Senator Jon Tester’s Restoring rural Residencies Act. Aug. 27th Tester was recognized for his efforts at Billings Clinic when he had this to say while waiting for the Medicare change.
