National Weather Service’s Joe Lester In Billings Talks About What You’ll Remember This Winter

NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center’s 2019-2020 winter outlook was issued Thursday. Joe Lester at the National Weather Service in Billings says seasonal predictions do not say anything about the severity or number of individual winter storms but you will remember something about the upcoming winter.
