Representative Matt Rosendale vote against the Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act Tuesday evening which passed the House. The bill would send nearly $40 billion more dollars to Ukraine in more military and humanitarian aid.
It is unfortunate that Rep. Rosendale understands so little history of despots goals and their international ramifications.
