MT State – Tester Introduces Covid-19 Testing Act

In the face of the spread of the coronavirus Senator Jon Tester has introduced the Free COVID-19 Testing Act. It would guarantee tests to confirm infections will be free as well as to open up emergency Unemployment Insurance funds to replace wages lost by Montanans who have been affected by the outbreak.

Kalispell – KRMC Expands Visitor Restrictions

Kalispell Regional Healthcare has expanded its visitor restrictions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Effective this morning Kalispell Regional Medical Center will not allow visitors. Exceptions are only for parents end-of-life situations and essential caregivers.

The Montana Department of Corrections has suspended visitation to all facilities until further notice in an effort to combat the spread of Coronavirus.
