Billings Police Chief Rich St. John Talks About Latest Crime Due To Increased Meth Problem In Montana’s Largest City

Two Billings Police Officers have been placed on administrative leave after shooting an armed 20 year old Box Elder man to death Monday evening during an altercation. In a news conference Tuesday Police Chief Rich St. John said this is a disturbing pattern that has been made worse by the price of drugs going up with less supply because of the coronavirus.
