Monday Yellowstone County health officer John Felton announced increased restrictions that will go into effect Wednesday morning at 8 o’clock after the county eclipsed the benchmark of 50 COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people in a week. He did say schools are exempt because Governor Steve Bullock has left these kinds of decisions to school districts and he explained why.
