The 59th annual meeting of the Montana Electric Cooperatives Association wrapped up in Great Falls Wednesday. On Voices of Montana Robert Rice was a guest. The Texas based author and public speaker gave the keynote address titled “Energy after COVID-19 what’s next for Montana and the United States.” A topic of interest is the vast amount of coal deposits in Montana and the idea by some that coal is no longer needed. He disputed that.
