Bail has been set at $150,000 for Madison Sasser who turned 18 Jan. 30th. She is charged with negligent homicide in the death of her 12 year old nephew James Alex Hurley Feb. 3rd near West Yellowstone. A plea hearing has not yet been set. Sasser is the 4th person to be charged in the death of James “Alex ” Hurley, her Mother, Father, and 14 year old brother are charged with deliberate homicide charges. Sasser has been living in Texas with her sister.
