Troy has joined a national trend to attempt to brighten a dark time by invoking the serenity of Christmas by lighting a tree to boost everyone’s spirits in this time of uncertainty. The ponderosa pine rooted near the U.S. Post Office has served as Troy’s Christmas tree since 1931.
