CARE Act Includes Senator Tester Provision for Student Loans

The Coronavirus Relief Package signed into law last week included Sen. Jon Tester’s Public Student Loan Forgiveness bill. It ensures that whose working to qualify will not lose eligibility if they miss payments due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
