Homeland Security Taking Priority Money For Border Wall And Senator Jon Tester Is Not Happy

Senator Jon Tester complained to Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf recently during a Senate hearing about the Trump Administration’s plan to divert money away from Homeland Security priorities to build a wall along the southern border of the country.
