Homelessness – an Eastern Montana Public Responsibility
(15 minutes) The nature of the oil boom cycles common in eastern Montana bring a unique set of challenges to housing officials. What does a family do if during a boom cycle housing is difficult to find, and in a downturn economy, housing is difficult to afford?

The non-profit group is addressing a shortage of emergency housing, while their clients and the homeless population have difficulty accessing services because of the distance needed to travel to access it.
