Dr Al Olszewski, State Senator, Former State Representative, and Candidate for Governor

Dr. Al is a third-generation Montanan and native of Great Falls. He graduated from Carroll College in Helena, completed medical school at the University of Washington. He went on to serve in the U.S. Air Force from 1984 to 1997 as a flight surgeon and rapid mobility trauma surgeon, fixing broken and wounded warriors. For the past 20 years, Dr. Al has cared for over 100,000 patients as an independent orthopedic surgeon in Kalispell and was the recipient of the Montana Medical Association (MMA) Award of Merit and Flathead’s Best Orthopedist Award in 2018. Dr. Al is a husband of 31 years, the biological and adoptive father of six
children, and a grandpa! He has served as a State Representative and is the State Senator for Senate District 6.
Dr. Al is currently running to be Montana’s next Governor.
